To register for Jubilee events and pilgrimages to the Holy Doors, you must first register on the main Jubilee portal. To do so, go to the Reserved Area of the website and enter your first name, surname, email address, and choose thelanguage in which you wish to receive updates. Then accept the terms, and press save. Once you have accepted and saved the information, the system sends an email to the address entered to activate your account by setting a password.
On the login page, after entering your email and password, you can access your Reserved Area. There you can complete your registration.

If the email is invalid, it may be that blank spaces have been inserted inadvertently before or after the email inside the box. If so, delete these and try to register again.

At the Jubilee Info Point, in via della Conciliazione 7, staff are available to provide all the information you may need. The Info Point is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Also at the Info Point, there is a prayer leaflet available which has been prepared by the National Service for the Pastoral Care of People with Disabilities of the Italian Bishops’ Conference. The leaflet is available in Italian (and will soon also be available in English). This provides useful information and spiritual guidance for all pilgrims, with particular attention to those with specific needs.
