Yes, in order to register for the major Jubilee events and book pilgrimages to the Holy Doors, you must first register on the Jubilee website. If you are leading a group, just register as the group leader and add the names of the pilgrims who form part of the group.

To register for Jubilee events and pilgrimages to the Holy Doors, you must first register on the main Jubilee portal. To do so, go to the Reserved Area of the website and enter your first name, surname, email address, and choose thelanguage in which you wish to receive updates. Then accept the terms, and press save. Once you have accepted and saved the information, the system sends an email to the address entered to activate your account by setting a password.

On the login page, after entering your email and password, you can access your Reserved Area. There you can complete your registration.

If the email is invalid, it may be that blank spaces have been inserted inadvertently before or after the email inside the box. If so, delete these and try to register again.

If you get an error message, it may be that you are already registered. In that case just enter the password previously chosen or respond to the activation email.

To sign up for a pilgrimage to the Holy Door of St. Peter’s, click the specific link for registering for pilgrimages, choose the date and time you wish to make the pilgrimage (keeping in mind that if the desired time slot is unavailable, it is probably because major Jubilee events are taking place, or audiences with the Holy Father are scheduled at that time or for other needs of the Basilica). You should also indicate the number of participants and their names. Next, verify that the booking was successful on the pilgrimage management page. If the group exceeds 60 people, as was the case for registration for a Jubilee event, the group leader must register on the portal and then contact the Dicastery for Evangelization directly at the email: pilgrims@giubileo2025.va to indicate the number/names of participants

Once the pilgrimage to the Holy Door has been completed, you can collect the testimonium at the official Jubilee Info Point in Via della Conciliazione 7.

Yes. To add participants to a pilgrimage or event for which a booking has already been made, you must go to the appropriate booking management pages:

No, it is not possible to modify the date and time of a booking, only the names of the participants can be changed. To make such changes, you must delete the original booking and make a new one.

Since each booking is by name, each group leader or accompanier must be in possession of of his/her own Pilgrim Card and must have registered the group he/she leads.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the pilgrimage. For the Holy Doors of the other Basilicas, it is best always to book in advance via the website, especially for larger groups.

Pilgrims go to the starting point of the pilgrimage, in Piazza Pia, where volunteers will give them a Jubilee cross to carry and distribute sheets of prayers to be recited during the walk. The pilgrimage lasts approximately 20 minutes.

Fees can be sent to admin@iubilaeum2025.va  specifying the sender's details.

The only pass required will be the QR Code on the pilgrim's card.

Participants in a group only need to present the QR Code of the group leader, namely the person who registered the group using their own personal account.

It is not possible to register minors individually using their own email, however they can participate in pilgrimages and events as part of a group.

No, every pilgrimage is completely free and we advise you to be wary of, and avoid, those who ask for payment.

At the Jubilee Info Point, in via della Conciliazione 7, staff are available to provide all the information you may need. The Info Point is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Also at the Info Point, there is a prayer leaflet available which has been prepared by the National Service for the Pastoral Care of People with Disabilities of the Italian Bishops’ Conference. The leaflet is available in Italian (and will soon also be available in English). This provides useful information and spiritual guidance for all pilgrims, with particular attention to those with specific needs.

From the second half of March 2025, a Unitalsi assistance point will be set up at the Auditorium della Conciliazione (Via della Conciliazione, 4) which will provide support services, including wheelchair rental.

Through the smartphone app “Vatican for all” – also an initiative of the Italian Bishops’ Conference - the participation of people with disabilities in various Jubilee celebrations is facilitated (Jubilees of communication, adolescents, Canonization of Carlo Acutis, disability, family, youth etc..) with video reports using Italian, American, Spanish and French sign language 

At the Basilica of San Giovanni Battista dei Fiorentini, in via Acciaioli 4, reception areas have been set up for people with disabilities and for the elderly, with a dining room, two small rooms, a place to heat food, and a rest room with reclining chairs. The aim is to allow everyone to participate in the Jubilee celebrations with equal dignity and equal opportunities. Volunteers who know Italian sign language will be on hand to welcome the pilgrims. The reception days are every Wednesday, for the Holy Father's General Audiences, from 12:00 to 17:00, and every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 to 17:00, for major Jubilee events.
