On November 1st, the Reale concert-event ahead of the Jubilee of young people

08 October 2024

To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Italian Christian rock group REALE, on November 1st 2024, at 8:30 pm, a concert-event will be held in pavilion B of the EXP Area in Cerea, in the province of Verona. The evening will also be an opportunity to let young people know more about the Jubilee dedicated to them, which will be held from July 28th to August 3rd, 2025, and also the Jubilee of Adolescents, which will take place from April 25th to 27th, 2025. The concert by REALE, who have always seen their music as a means of formation for young people and the promotion of Catholic values, is taking place under the patronage of the Vatican’s Dicastery for Evangelization.

Accompanying the band on stage will be groups such as Comunità Cenacolo, Kantiere Kairòs, 5 Pani e 2 Pesci, Martin McNally, La Gloria Music and many others, in a concert showcasing the best of their music, old and new. The show will also be a small-scale “festival of evangelization”, with video content, testimonies, and a finale of prayer. It will be an opportunity to introduce the public to some of the group’s work in Italy to spread the joy of the Catholic Faith, with stories of resurrection.

The November 1 event will be, according to REALE, “a tangible sign of the spiritual ‘renaissance’ taking place in the silence of our Italian cities” and will be launched nationally by the single “Sono rimasto Vivo” (Reale-La Gloria).

The show is just one of the projects that REALE are carrying out in preparation for the Jubilee 2025. On October 16, 2024, the first episode of a podcast series will be released, which will run until July 2025, entitled “Esplosi - Felicità scomposte”. This is also sponsored by the Dicastery for Evangelization. In the series Alessandro Gallo will focus on the themes of happiness, success, and fulfillment through encounters with other people. There will also be features on the lives of many well-known and lesser-known figures such as Nek, Andrea Delogu, Francesca Liberatore, Sara Ciafardoni and many others. The podcasts will be useful tools for Youth Groups and Youth Offices
