Aeroporti di Roma is the official partner of the 2025 Jubilee
Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), a Mundys Group company, is the official partner of the 2025 Jubilee.
Thanks to the partnership signed with the Dicastery for Evangelisation (Section of the Holy See for Fundamental Questions regarding Evangelization in the World, led by His Excellency Monsignor Rino Fisichella), ADR’s main services are on the Pilgrim’s card, the free digital card reserved for pilgrims from all over the world available on the official Iubilaeum25 app.
ADR offers its holders a range of exclusive benefits: flights at special rates, with the option of a stop-over in Rome, bookable via FlyandVisitRome.com; the free 'Q-Pass' service to reserve a slot at security checks; and access to 'Airport in The City' at Rome Termini station which provides discounted ITA Airways flights, free check-in and luggage transport.
Additionally, since last December, a luggage storage service has been available for all airlines. Also discounts at the Aelia Lagardere Duty Free, as well as the chance to take advantage of the 'Personal Shopper' service to have all the information on shopping inside the airport and the 'Book A Table' service to book your table in advance at one of the restaurants inside the 'Leonardo da Vinci' airport in Rome, are included.
Furthermore, throughout the Jubilee Year, an information desk manned by volunteers from the Dicastery for Evangelisation will be available to pilgrims in the Terminal 1 Arrivals area of the 5-Star Rome Fiumicino airport, awarded last year as the best European airport for the 7th year in a row.
In 2024, Ferrovie dello Stato and Regione Lazio joined forces to ensure that all passengers arriving at Leonardo da Vinci airport have seamless connections to Rome, even at night. Indeed, the 'Leonardo Express' train connecting the airport with Rome Termini station has been enhanced with two additional trips. On this same route, 128 trains are already operating daily, along with direct Frecciarossa connections (3 departures and 3 arrivals), to and from Naples, Florence, Bologna, Ferrara, Padua and Venice.
On last January 15th, ADR has also unveiled 'Pedalaria', the new 3.5-kilometre-long cycle path which connects the airport to the town. Part of the works envisaged by the 'DPCM Giubileo 2025', this new infrastructure has been self-financed by ADR with an investment of € 1.8 million and completed within the expected timeframe. It can be used not only by airport workers and the airport community, but also by pilgrims who want to explore the cultural heritage and the landscape surrounding the airport.
«We are honored to announce our collaboration with the Holy See’s Dicastery for Evangelisation. As an official partner of the 2025 Jubilee, Aeroporti di Roma is dedicated to providing pilgrims arriving in the capital with an increasingly high-quality welcome and services that ensure maximum comfort, efficiency, and safety, while prioritizing innovation, inclusion and sustainability. Thanks to the efforts made in recent years, we are confident that the 'Leonardo da Vinci' airport – Rome’s first point of contact – will continue to serve as the
city’s best ambassador for visitors arriving in Italy», said Aeroporti di Roma Chairman, Vincenzo Nunziata.
«We would like to thank Aeroporti di Roma for their willingness to serve this great event. The attention and care they have shown in wanting to welcome all the pilgrims who will arrive in Rome by plane are a sign of professionalism. I am sure this will be much appreciated by all those who will come on pilgrimage for the Jubilee», added the Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelisation, Arcibishop Rino Fisichella.
