Huge public success for Handel's Messiah at Sant'Ignazio Church in Rome ahead of the Jubilee

The second concert of the "Harmonies of Hope" music festival, being held in preparation for the 2025 Jubilee, was attended by around 1500 people on Sunday 28 April, with the Church of Sant'Ignazio in Rome full for the occasion.

The Florence-based orchestra "I Musici del Gran Principe" performed Händel's Messiah in its entirety, conducted by Maestro Samuele Lastrucci. The audience greatly enjoyed the performance.

After a greeting from Archbishop Rino Fisichella, the Pro-prefect of the Dicastery, Don Alessio Geretti introduced the Concert.
