Jubilee of Marian Spirituality

All members of the movements, confraternities and various Marian prayer groups are particularly invited to this jubilee event.

 

PROGRAM
 

Friday, October 10

8:00 am - 5:00 pm: Pilgrimage to the Holy Door

• with the option of receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the Jubilee churches

 

The original statue of Our Lady of Fatima will be extraordinarily present

in Rome on October 11 and 12 for the jubilee event.

 

Saturday, October 11

📍  Church of Santa Maria in Traspontina - Download poster

The statue will remain in the Church of Santa Maria in Traspontina, for veneration by the faithful (opening hours: 8:30 a.m).

9:00 am: Mass presided over by the Rector of the Shrine of Fatima, Father Carlos Cabecinhas

12:00 pm: Rosary

5:00 pm Procession from the Church of Santa Maria in Traspontina to St. Peter's Square

 

📍  St. Peter's Square

6:00 pm Prayer Vigil presided over by the Holy Father

 

Sunday, October 12

📍  St. Peter's Square

10:30 am: Holy Mass presided over by the Holy Father

 

Entrance to St. Peter’s Square, on the occasion of the Holy Mass presided over by the Holy Father, is completely free and does not require any type of ticket.

Bishops and Presbyters who wish to concelebrate, and Deacons who wish to participate, should make reservations with the Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff through the following link: https://biglietti.liturgiepontificie.va/en/
